For the sweet-toothed, you will be delighted with a brand-new rendition of the traditional Sri Lankan dessert Watalapaan (Brown Sugar Pudding) that comes with a modern twist in spiced Coconut Cream.

A renowned chef from down under - Australia, Peter Kuruvita spreads his love for his epicurean skills around the globe.
Not only is he a talented chef, he is also a restauranteur, TV presenter, author & restaurant consultant. The mastermind behind the award-winning restaurant, 'Flying Fish Restaurant & Bar', leading a team to success in the creation of modern dishes with a strong focus on esteemed reputation.
Brought up in Sri Lanka & honing his culinary skills behind closed doors of his grandmother's traditional kitchen had drew inspirations for his 1st cook book titled "Serendip - My Sri Lanka Kitchen" & his 1st TV series "My Sri Lanka with Peter Kuruvita" that garnered numerous nominations for "The Rockies' Banff World Media Awards 2012", Australian "Logies 2012 Award" in the "Best New Male Talent" category.
